Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and professional Virtual Receptionist to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. As a Virtual Receptionist, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department. You will also be responsible for providing general information about the company, products, and services. This is a remote position, and you will be working from your home office.


  • Answer and transfer incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals

  • Respond to inquiries and provide general information about the company, products, and services

  • Greet callers in a courteous and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate and detailed call logs and reports

  • Provide administrative support such as typing, filing, and copying

  • Handle customer complaints and issues with empathy and a positive attitude

  • Follow up with clients and prospects to ensure satisfaction


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a related field

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Friendly and professional demeanor with strong customer service skills

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative tools

  • Reliable internet connection and equipment to work virtually
